FAQ - frequently asked questions

: No, the ski pass is not included in the course price. The ski pass can be bought at the ticket counter at the valley station. Beginners do not need a ski pass in the ski school's own ski area, but they do require a cable car ascent and descent ticket.
: Your child can make its first experience in our own kinderland at the age of 3, always under the expert guidance of a specialized ski instructor. Children from the age of 4 can take part in a ski course outside the kinderland.ment of the Rinneralm mountain restaurant.

: On the first day of the course, the children are classified according to age and driving ability. If it turns out that a child no longer fits into the group, it is assigned to another, suitable group.

: Beginners meet directly in the ski kinderland (meeting point no.3). The grading of the advanced courses takes place at the red flag at meeting point No. 2, at the mountain station.

: Beginners generally do not need ski poles. Advanced skiers should only bring the ski poles with them if they have already used them in a previous ski course. Otherwise, the ski instructor will let you know when the children need ski poles during the course.
: We generally recommend everyone to wear a helmet, whether you are a beginner or advanced. There is a legal obligation to wear a helmet only for children up to 14 years.
: The ski instructor always starts the course on time and will return to the meeting point after the first descent so you can still join the course. You wait at the agreed meeting point or contact a present ski instructor.
: The ski kindergarten is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
